Atlanta was the background for the famous movie "Gone with the Wind”. As a cultural city, it has huge parks, several music halls and theaters. Atlanta hosted the Summer Olympic Games in 1996, and acts as a principal trade and transportation center for the southeastern United States as well as the largest city in Georgia. The city's main industries are machinery, automotive, electronics and steel.
