Intro :
Mt. Biseulsan is composed of the twin peaks, Johwabong and Gwangibong. With 100 ha of Korean azalea, the mountain is covered in red as if it is on fire. It’s also filled with coniferous forests up to the 5th line of the mountain ridge, mixed with unique rocks, and broadleaf trees on the 6th to 9th lines of the mountain ridge, which covers the mountain with many diverse colors. Also noticeable is an eulalia grass area that has grown in the highland peak of the mountain ridge. Yugasa Temple and Doseongam Hermitage are excellent places to visit although they are quite far from the natural resort area.
